I think A significant amount of players play this more for online drifiting and most players have mastered the lower hp / lock cars so I think if we could have maybe a car with more lock and power option would be great well this is my opinion

900 degrees lock? 36 is plenty

would 45 fit your fancy vocabulary better ?

45 is still more than 36. You can drift fine with 36 degrees, even pull reverse entries. In fact too much steering lock makes drifting too easy in my opinion.
