I am from the UK and can never connect to any english servers for some reason it says,

i can connect to the server for around 2 seconds and then it wil say that and kick me out can anyone help please, i have tested my ping and everything seems fine, thanks in advance.

Have you installed any kind of modification of the game?
I'd advise to do a clean instalation, it seems that some file is not what it should be.
