Mmmm, let me guess what could be the cause of that lack of files.... You can't do that in LFS.

It can be done but not allowed in here because it replace the original vob with the mod one if you want the sticker on the window.

And another thing - it's client side only - you will see this modification only in your client and all cars (if you modded XRT,then all XRTs etc) will have the same.
