noob asking noob questions (drifting interests)
Hey guys,

I just found out about this game and watched a bunch of videos as the drifting looks insane.

I have been all over the place trying to find info on the xbox wireless controller (I've read its not the most popular around here but its all I have). I found this page with instructions on setting up the controller and the guy even shared a file to make it easier (for non noobs/just me).

This was the page: https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/39086-Xbox360-Controller-guide

He attached a file and said to rename it .xgi and boot it up in XBCD. How on earth do I do this? What is XBCD?

Please mind my ignorance and hope someone can help me out.

Thanks in advance
XBCD was a driver that enabled you to have the triggers as separate axis for throttle and brake as the stock Microsoft ones have them combined. It also allowed you to tweak the settings of the pad.

It never worked on the wireless controller only the wired one and as far as I can remember only works on windows upto XP.

So there is nothing I can do? Frown
Yes you can set it up and run it using the standard windows drivers, there is a guide on how to setup pads here http://en.lfsmanual.net/wiki/Game_pads

Although to use the wireless xbox pad you need the usb receiver/adapter

You could also use mouse to steer with, a few people do, me included.
