Yes, it is a league that newbies can join.
Today's race is FO8 at Kyoto GP, a bit difficult maybe because it is part of an extra Cup.
But give it a try, all can join

I can ping your host (128.140.218.120) but no page.

When I try to reach http://www.absolute-beginners.nl from my home, I also get a blanc page (while it is working from my work).
So when I am at home, I use the url without www, so that's http://absolute-beginners.nl then
