- Can't pit using SHIFT S when spectating
- Can't use TAB to view other player when only two people on track
- Drive-Through Penalty given even after "Pit Exit" message shows

I dont know if you mean the same thing, but I encountered the problem that you cant reach all the players using TAB. At some point there were 15 racers on track, and I could only reach about 10 of them using TAB. I could however spectate them using the connection list (pressing W or Kb behind the nick).

This happened to me tonight. I couldn't tab through all the cars that were on the track. I was sitting in the garage. I too was able to see them by using the connection list. First time I ever had this happen.
