This is an awesome experience, here is a thread to a more detailed description.

Basically we drove Dodge's SRT lineup around Road America. Tires howling for grip around each corner and praying for traction. (For those of you that know Road America we were doing over 80 around the carousel and again over 80 around Bill Mitchal Bridge is the Dodge Magnum SRT-8, Dodge Charger SRT-8 and the Crossfire SRT-6) We topped out at about 130 before the instructors braked for the corners.

hey, quit complaining. i think the UK has far more racetracks and karting tracks per sqaure mile than north america. i'd rather be over there or in europe where racing is more popular

I lived in the UK for 3 years, I definatly agree with this. Living ten minutes from Silverstone and visiting the BAR F1 factory was a sight I will never see again. There are soo many more karting tracks and regular tracks to goto, I was amazed when I looked them up, some are better than others but almost anyone is at within a 30 minute drive of a karting track where here I had to drive over 2 hours to RA and it's an hour to the closest karting track...
Talking about Go-Karts. Anybody know cheap and good go kart tracks near New York? I searched for few hours with no result.
Only kart tracks I have around me is those stupid little 5 mph "kid's toy" karts that you pay $5 and get to lap a tiny little kidney shape for 4 or 5 laps illepall . I'm quite jeleous hearing folks all the time talking about karting or going to the track.
