I tried creating a server, but when I added an InSim program uses an UDP Port, it went offline. When I cleared the "/InSim=63392" line from my cfg file it worked well, but without my program.
A thing which is maybe important: an error occured "TCP : bind failed
But my program communicates well with LFS DEDI using an UDP port.

I think the problem is that your server already runs on port 63392. You can't also bind the insim port to that number. The common port is 29999. Try to use that port for the insim (also change it in the InSim).
