Am I watching the same video? Oh, I thought it was the recent brasilian movie.... same effects, same track, same action - nothing really intresting... And those rotating cameras just distract... It's a feeling that it's just been made as quickly as possible.. Sorry for such an opinion, but that's what I see and feel.
