As a starting filmemaker I am slowly starting to take on more projects and try to film as much as I can. My last work is a 'homevideo' inspired type of film that tries to show our visit to the 2011 Belgian Grand Prix from a 'fans perspecpective'.

I tried to capture every litle detail that make these weekends so special. Keep in mind that this was filmed with a shitty handheld consumer camera, so I'm sorry for some of the shaky footage. I hope you will enjoy the film. I would really appreciate it if you would leave your thoughts on my work here .

Very good although its not just about the Spa circuit as titled. Its about the fans experience of an F1 race.

The title is 'Through the eyes of the fans'. The 'Spa Francorchamps 2011' bit just tells you what fans we're talking about

The perspective seems to be wrong in the last video.. F1 cars are not that much faster, just an illusion.

But I think it is better to check times than perspective.
From first apex to pit lane exit:
- F1 - ca. 2s
- LMP1 - ca. 3s
- GT - ca. 5s.

And about the comparison videos; I think the main point is that F1 is just ridiciously fast, even with retarted v8 engines.
