What kind of diesels do you like?
What kind of diesels do you like? It can be anything from semi trucks to car diesel, anything worldwide, doesn't matter on size, just as long as it's diesel

I like the 5.9 cummins, the mercedes diesel, international T444E, navistar 6.9/7.3 IDI non turbo diesels.

Which one? Mercedes makes and has made several diesel engines, anywhere from car engines to truck engines. In addition to now owning the Detroit Diesel brand. (Well, Daimler does. but close enough)
I think the one used in the 300D i think that's the model and the 240D

diesel not so much, but have a thing for diesel electric locomotives.
My god that engine just ran for 10 minutes.
in everyday life I like diesels that are good to drive, have little turbo lag and make good mpg. Even non turbo diesels are cool, for being almost indestructible and grunty from low rpm.

In the racing world, something like this: Blacksmoke Racing
Diesels are - or used to be - good for 2 things:
Low Rpm Power and fuel savings.
But nowadays diesel isn't cheaper than petrol anymore, and I like the petrol engines more, so no reason for me to go diesel in a dream car.

For those, who doesn't care about fuel consumption, yes.
The ones that have seized for good.

'Tis a shame they are tough buggers to kill.

Very few people "like" diesels... they are a necessary evil.

Diesel engines aren't really 'grunty', unless they're turbocharged.

In short: DO NOT WANT.
Bmw's diesels from roughly 91-903 are pretty decent
