I've tried installing the T patch with no success. It says T is installed when I start LFS. The problem is when I try to unlock my S2 license. I get "error creating file". I've changed my game password to make sure that wasn't it and I've also downloaded the patch from various places. I'm still getting the error. Any ideas?

Have you unzipped it?
Is the folder all read only.
It's not on a CD or anything.

Yes, we've had people try to run LFS from a zip file on a CD before...

sounds like you dont have permission to write to that folder, check if your admin or write in a folder you have permissions.

I reinstalled LFS from scratch and noticed my LFS folder was "hidden" for some reason. Fixed that and so far I've got it working. Thanks.
