The Historic F1 Series 2010 / 2011 is about to start.

It's a winter endurance league for the Formula V8.

You will drive in a 2 man team, in historical Formula 1 skins from between 1960-2000. Have fun, and try to beat the rest, and win awards.

This season is organised by Team Rock Racing and Error Racing.


The test race was previous Friday, and was a semi good race.

After some start up issues, the race went under way. Only some slight accidents, and no safety car.

We from the crew, are all looking forward to yet another great season.

The database features the drivers their names, some info about them, results from the past, and the future. Also including the official team logo's from the particular cars and even info about the particular year or car of the team.

Click on either the driver names, or team names, for extra info.

Session rules have drasticly changed:

- Every Event starts at 17:00 with a 60 min. Official Practise Session (you do not need to attend).
- Then follows the Official Qualification Session at 20:30 (MUST ATTEND).
- Official Races start 10 minutes after the Qualification Session is finished.
- Times are GMT+1 (Dutch Time)
- Every race will have a shoot-out qualification and the Races have a distance of 200 KMs.

We just encountered some techinal diffeculties, we are now running on a 40 slots backup server.

Historic F1 Series

Round 1 was a pretty nice race. With quiet some eventful incidents, 1 safety car, a few penalties given away.

Overall some nice fights, close racing, a pretty nice first race of the season.


The race was won by Ramon Blauwhoff with originally on 4 seconds behind Joel Villa, and Oscar Hardwick on 7 seconds behind.

But sadly Joel Villa received a 5 seconds penalty for breaking the chatting rule, which causes him JUST to drop back to position 3. Yet, still a well deserved podium.

Further results are still semi-official, since there is 48 hours left to file a complaint against another driver.

I enjoyed it guys, mainly the fight back i had to make from dropping to the back on lap 2 and finishing 3rd was a great feeling for me, sad that Joel got penalized but a podium is a podium nonetheless.

Myself I had a terrible race.

After accidental picking the wrong setup a few seconds before the race start. I had problems with tyres all the race. Having to make 5 pitstops, to experiment with tyres, R3's and R4's back to high pressure R3's.

Luckily, I did finish.
