CANCELLED THANKS TO ME BEING SICK!

Team Rock & Friends Events is going to organise a Dutch kartmeeting. At the moment we are in conversation with Circuit Landsard in Veldhoven, near Eindhoven Airport.

At the moment we are looking at Arrangement number 2 being:

Coffee and Cake:
Training
2 Heats
Final

This would cost € 23,- per person.

We already got some people who are interested in competing, and myself I thought it would be nice if we would have some Live For Speed racers to join us.

At the moment we are looking to plan it as following:

We group up at Eindhoven Central Trainstation, then we will take the bus to Eindhoven Airport, and take a small walk to the kart track. Here we will be welcomed with coffee and cake. After instructions, the fun can begin.

Also for those interested, after the kartmeeting we will have a drink at the bar located on the venue. After that we will walk back to Eindhoven Airport, take the bus back to Eindhoven Central Trainstation, and everyone can go back home again.

We hope to organise this event on the following date:

Saturday the 14th of August around 14:00 start time

Yep August is fine. I won't be available between the 9th/16th of July so that's what I was worried about. I'd like to know the date in advance otherwise I'm not sure wether my brother can get the day off, unless it's in the weekend obviously

Saturday the 7th of August you can't go to Eindhoven because there's a race held there that weekend.

If you want to be successful you need to very clear about the date. Maybe I missed it but what is the date and why isn't it @start post in a big fat font size?
