Between downloading the patch and actually USING it, I made the mistake of promising to drive 50 miles out into the wilderness with a CD of the patch, to one of our 56K team members! Argh!!

If it will be no more than 20-30MB patch, it will actually no faster than to DL in on 56k.

I wonder if a fresh install before the patch accomplishes anything ?

( I"m bored waiting for the patch, and read someone comment they were doing this ).

I imagine old setups will still load ? Might have to tweak them a bit ?

when they release the patch at the same time when they updated the countdown, then it will be 4 pm (my time).
