I don't know if anyone feels like that but before the time that kind of music was succesful in Germany it was called Hip Hop Music, later on it became Rap Music with MCs suddenly being rappers.
If you wanna go a little harder than the stuff amp recommended, check out Nas's early stuff, and maybe the Clipse.
Sick onee bunbun!
OMG, I've been jamming to bangs8 all day. Sick bruv [So funny because he fails so much]

Why does one have to love cars to love engines? It's entirely possible to love engines, but hate cars.

It does also seem entirely possible that aliens landed on earth without us noticing...

Since this has become a thread for posting hiphop music...

I think we need some J Dilla productions in here. He's the man behind many many of the "well known" beats out there: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bFEVeqdSTM

He's pretty much the reason why i started making beats myself and fell in love with sampling. I'm still learning and would consider myself a beginner, nevertheless feel free tune in on my channel sometime... http://www.youtube.com/user/jibber951

Totally agree. Jay Dee / J Dilla was one of the best rap producers of all time. Along with Dre, Pete Rock, DJ Premier, Timbaland and Prince Paul he's one of my favourite producers.

Something missing from the video jibber linked to above (the top 20 dilla beats) is one of my favourite tracks of all time: Janet Jackson - Got 'Til It's Gone.

Here's a great interview with Jay Dee:

Part 2
Part 3

Part 5

That "Player" beat is definately one of the most awesome beats of all time. I watched a video of somebody recreating the "player" sample, thats origin is actually the pitched down refrain of some song named "Claire".^^
JD was a genious.

Don't forget Marley Marl, Large Pro, etc.

I just recently bought my first Prince Paul album by the way. Really good!
