So is it worth it over the g25?

Don't care about the "slight" mod on the shifter.

If you have the money get the G27. But please use the search first, this has already been discussed a hundred times.

Yes, I could have searched... I didn't bother because I wanted to have my own thread.

The shifter on my g25, is gone... the warranty ended nearly 2 years ago. I opened it up, tried to fix it myself the other day... not much better than it was before.

I'm wondering if the shifter on the G27 is made better?

Well, i would go with the g27, mostly because it makes less noise. The noise that all these wheels make ... its insane how i hate it. Im pretty sure that G27 overall has better build quality than G25, if someone's g25 broke - they did the warranty thing as we have seen in this forum. And Logitech counts that in, if theres something that breaks often, they update it and make it not break that often.
