you need to save the .spr file in: Your_LFS_Dir\data\spr. Then in LFS just click on Replays in the main menu. A switch will appear in the upper left corner of your screen that lets you toggle between multiplayer-replays = .mpr and single player-replays = .spr. Now just pick the .spr you want to watch from the list on the right. If you downloaded the hotlap from lfsword.net the file will be named in the following format: DriverName_TrackConfig(abbr.)_Car(abbr.)_Laptime.
