I tested this now and I saved file LFSlapper.lpr in ANSI encoding and UTF-8 encoding. I used is the notebook.

Yaay i have found the solution

- Open empty textfile (in this case .LPR) and convert it to UTF-8 format
- Copy the readable Russian Language
- Putt ^C for each string
- and save the file

do not convert it to a another format.
