I'm translating into Mongolian. In code page 1251 there is some Mongolian character missing the Y and the ө LOWERCASE AND UPPERCASE, and like the Mongolian $ sign. Please someone tell me about this problem.

Thank you for your reply. I'm translating LFS to Mongolian. Mongolian alphabet have 35 letters. There are 33 letters of cirillic in code page 1251. It is Russian letters. Mongolian have 2 more letters "ө" and "v". I don't know why code page 1251 doesn't include this more 2 letters. 
But Unicode include this 2 letters.
