I have my torrent client primed and ready. Guess I'll have to buy some cheap Australian beer as well so I can enjoy the race properly.
I heard you're getting capped on how much beer you can drink there.

To 24 cans a day.

LOL

HRT for the win!! Or the oldies Skaifey and Murphy.
Man i just hope a Holden wins, either that or a new time winner. Please not Team Vodafone!!

Would be nice to see Skaife/Murphy

I have the TV booked for the day, just need to get the grog and I am sorted

lol at the slab per person per day limit... OMFG how do you drink a slab
was talking to an australian i practice with a lot on iracing this morning he's already got his drinks in for a good day

first time that my holidays have worked out right so i can watch this
Quote from Woz :lol at the slab per person per day limit... OMFG how do you drink a slab

One an hour with plenty of tucker an water in between I guess And no I'm not about to do that to my self I've been around individuals that certainly could stack them away though, like start on Friday afternoon and go through till Sunday morning before sobering up for a 5am Monday start back at work - then do it all again the next weekend. Its what they refered to as responsible drinking as they would remain 'relatively' sober during the week!
Amazing thing was that one guy I knew, who was a really hard old bastard (only one leg but still did rouseabouting, wood cutting, fencing etc) he would be able to carry out a perfectly clear intellectual conversation after being on the sauce for nearly 36 hours straight on home brew and I still wouldn't pick a fight with him then outback Australia has some colourful characters lol

Oh yeah Bathurst I'll be sure to catch some of the action on telli, could be the year we see Murph's qual time go down I still remember watching that lap live on telli as clearly as I remember watching the twin towers coming down live!

I know, it sees slightly backwards, as getting rat arsed on piss poor lager is the Cons way of getting through anything. If they ever put such a limit on Le Mans it'll be the end of the race.

I think other nations will turn to the British in their time of need, we will just need to bring along some resourceful 14 year olds, give them £10 and they will somehow come up with enough alcohol to kill an elephant, no matter what restrictions or laws are put in place to prevent them doing so.
For Australians viewers:

Friday telecast will be on air 1pm CH7. Check your local guides for state times.

Qualifying on today, Cmon Murphy and Skaifey!!!
Just finished watching the first two qualify sessions, going to be a very tight top ten shoot out tomorrow, promising to be edge of seat viewing

Yay... Another year, another Bathurst.
