The online racing simulator
Exellent idea [Dynamic marshalls]
I have an exellent idea of marshall thing.
Imagine if a person is upside down, then the shortest way from him to the wall is the line of the marshall, then the insim places a marshall at that X/Y pos. Then gets deleted and getting added again one meter closer to the car, then finally gets in the car, then the car get automaticly spectated.
The admin has another (or the same) insim opened and showing all drivers on track there, then he clickes the driver that is stuck or whatevver. You problably got some other idea that could be added to this but
It could work?
I dont know if it even is possible, but it would be awsome. Please try

I don't think it's possible for insim to place auto-x objects.

Then what about, a program that loads a layout, and it edits the layout file and places it at that X/Y point?

I suppose you could, if you get the insim to get the co-ordinates of the crashed car, then get a program to edit the .lyt file, reload the layout [you can do this with insim I think] and do it that way. But it would be laggy :/
You can just see if the car has caused a yellow flag and if the speed of it is 0kph. And then spectate it. I've had this exact idea for my insim app too.

The idea was to show the Marshall (man) , to make it more realistic

And if someone passes just when the car is specced and before the marshal is removed.... The poor guy will get killed, and the racer will still get specced... That's not so realistic and it's brutal.

Is there a marshall without a spectate thingy?
If so then he can get spectated by the insim
It's a bit basic, but you could sort of make a marshall type person in lapper code.

Not a lot of effort went in to it, so with a little bit of work....!

This one shows notice when you leave pits.

SOME LAPPER SOURCE CODE:

Enjoy!

Nope, there isn't.

@sinanju: LOL!
That's actually one of the most unique ideas I've seen.

Could you try anyway? please
Just try do as i said, make the marshall move and stuff ;D. you dont need to do it tho, your call
I don't know how to code a hex editor either... I just have a basic idea of how it could be done.
I've got Lapper coding for a family of track marshalls if you need them?

I'll load it onto the Lapper section, so you can download, if you think suitable.

I've now discovered how to do marshalls that strip!

Perverse, or what?!

For the other perverse people out there......I've loaded video onto youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ex2mos68QqM
well... still lot to do

p.s. scawen we need marshals without penalty and with flags and with better visibility ^^
