Like this is older than the TBO or well known, but what I discovered and now I have found interesting: how to bind to a specific moment of a YouTube video.
Simply indicate the minute / second, then #t= parameter in the URL or address of the video, thus
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM1WSKJ3PJs#t=5m20s
The link above starts playing the video directly on the Top Gear 5 minutes and 20 seconds compared to the total length from the start.
