Does anyone know if a 9500 GT cooler will fit on a 9800 GT?

might fit, but it wont cool the 9800 as good as it cooled the 9500

get an Arctic-Cooling Twin Turbo if u have the funds... it aint to expansive and it keeps my friends 9800GTX+ @ about 35° idle..
i need to find out the gap between the mounting holes.

do you have the 9500 or the 9800 at your place? then just unscrew the stock cooler..?
9500 is low/mid end card, 9800 is high end card, so you better buy better cooler.
how come you have no fan on your 9800GT?
You better have good airflow in your case if you get that cooler. These fanless coolers assume that you have a few fans in your case which can actually take the heat somewhere else. Otherwise you won't accomplish anything, and your video card will bake in it's own heat.
My 9800Gt goes to 81ºC. Don't buy a Accelero S2 thing, it doesn't fit!
Not on my point of view....
that thermaltake is rubbish.

you wanna go aftermarket, you get this.

your 9800gt is 100W at most. i have an arctic cooling accelero s1 rev2 on my (overclocked) 4850 (>110W)with 2 12cm fans on it (with zipties ) and i get 60 degrees in furmark during the greek summer

also, do not put a stock cooler for a 9500GT (50W card) in a 9800GT (100W card).
Purchased Accelero S1 rev2 for ATI 3850 AGP
Beats stock cooler hands down even after replacing thermal paste.
