Not sure if it's a bug, but LFS is still using the file french.txt instead of français.txt for some translations.
For example the 3g_prllsval label (parallel steer)

It's supposed to use French.txt. Français.txt is the old file and should not be used any more - we changed to using no accented characters in Patch Q. So any languages which had special characters in them, like "ç" - we changed to the English name, to avoid special characters. If you want to be sure you have the correct files, you can delete the contents of your language folder, then reinstall Patch Q.
