I'm looking for an additional PHP Programmer (Myself will be the other), a Graphic Designer is pretty much a must, that must do the work in Photoshop and be willing to share the PSD files.

The PHP Programmer might have to sign an NDA, and the Graphic Designer may also have to at some point.
