Plenty of topics here on how to make a skin. If you don't have Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, Gimp is a free download. If that is all you want, you could just use paint if it's that urgent. Look around this subsection of the forum and you'll figure out how to do it real quick. It's not that hard.
