Can anybody make that picture 1900x1200 resolution? I mean properly, not by simply stretching it.

1900x1200 yes. But LFS expects it to be a square so it won't work in LFS properly now. As a wallpaper, well this is ok.

Added a lower eye position one if you want that instead. But seriously this is just basic pic manipulation. Stretch to 1900x1900 and crop it to 1900x1200.
