i and some players see only 12-15demo servers :S why?

My guess... You use old version.
We are in Z now. You need to register even as demo and get some perks as well, like stats tracking, watching S2-skins etc.

i have game account (password) and 20-30server at yesterday :S

What version of LFS do you use?

There ARE only around 20 used demo servers i think.
Enable the empty one's then you have much more.
