Testing setups w/restricted intakes
Cars do not accelerate to maximum speed regardless of changes in gearing at the differential, at least the FO8 failed to reach terminal velocity.
when using AI to test setups.
That is the whole point of intake restrictions; to reduce power.
Thanks for stating the obvious. Top speed fluctuates instead of reaching its max with the speed governor (intake restriction) for variable differential settings.
If you are using AI's I guess wind is off... so I don't know what are you talking about.

Are you sure it's so obvious to you that reduced power reduces top speed?

Intake restrictions restrict the amount of air coming into the engine thus reducing the power of the engine, not restricting it's top speed by electronics
uhm doesnt matter the less power the means the car wont actually get to tht speed thts y the veyron needs all tht 1001hp to get to 253 or w.e the top speed is cause on every stupid site its defferent lol

Depends on the gearing.
Gearing has nothing to do with the restriction
