Before I get flamed I know there are similar threads but the ones I have found are nearly 2 years old and therefore probably a bit out of date.

Anyway until recently I've only really raced on pick-up servers but I fancy joining a league where the racing will be cleaner. Can anyone recommend somewhere where the I go, I'm not too bothered what I'm driving as long as it's a fun atmosphere and not too serious competition (i.e not getting slaged off if I miss a race because I've got a promise on)

No, it really doesn't.

You just have to meet the entry requirements:

1200 online miles

And all of the following:

Friendly attitude
Respect for other races, admins and the rules
You consider yourself a ‘beginner’

You've got the mileage requirement, you just need to add another one.
