maybe i am completely wrong but shouldn't UTC time also go forward 1 hour?

right now it still seems to be "wintertime" on lfsw. i get "19:07 (17:07 UTC)" where 19.07 is my CET time. according to the worldtime it should be one hour more.

The point of UTC is that it's not affected by summer time.
Current time in UK is BST (British Summer Time) or also DST (Daylight Savings Time), which is UTC+1.
