OK I've looked in manual on how to set personals message hot keys. It says you can but I see no were on how to do it. So can someone please tell me how to set hot keys for things like sorry and Blue flag Please let me by

One thing: NEVER, EVER, PUT BLUE FLAG MESSAGES FOR HOTKEYS.

Ok then were can i find it in controls ?

Try options/game, then click F1-F8 keys you can setup all your key binds there

not in controls

In controls too You can map ALT+/CTRL + F buttons on wheel buttons from there too
