Pretty much exactly what the title says.

I have an 8800GT and i like to play all the latest games like Crysis and CoD4, so i'm not just gonna delete the drivers.

Devs, mods, anyone? Help. Thanks.

Unless you post a screenshot of what "looking like crap" is, the only answers you'll get are 1) reboot, and/or 2) install different drivers.

I'm using an 8800gt with the latest drivers and have no problems, so kinda need more info.

It is the 169.61 and 169.68 drivers that cause the problems. Google the 171.16 beta drivers, it is reported to increase performance a bit as well as fix the anti-aliasing bug.

Remember to enable the antialiaising and the anisotropic filtering aswell as the supersampling in the nvidia control panel. It help a lot even with the new driver (wich i'm using it without any kind of troubles).
