How accurate is the false start thing...?

I supposedly got a false start but It didnt seem like it when I watched the replay...

When I watch the replay at 0.125 speed this happens

Lights went green (and race timer started) > Got a 30 second time penalty > My car starts moving

????

yea its seems to be a bug cause sometimes i start actaully to early and dont get a false start
