How about the marshals wave the flags? that would be much more use than them just standing by the track as the currently do, and i think it would give a more realistic feel to game play. Also, concerning flags, after 2 or 3 blue flag warnings i think a player should be forced to spectate(this is what happens in real racing) as often lapped cars enjoy blocking the leaders.

Marshalls waving the flags, yes. I'm all for that one.

But auto-speccing for getting blue flags is a bit silly. What happens if (as was mentioned in another thread) the guy simply can't get the speed to pass? You get kicked because you're going as fast as he is? Or if he makes a mistake and has to catch you up again? Would never work and it'd annoy more people than it would help.

This issue is more relating to attitude than a defined system though. And dear god we do not need another "what does a blue flag mean?" argument!
