Yes, I think so. As I recall, there was a rules change recently that allowed people outside the Americas to join LOTA. If you're up that late, I'm sure you'll be welcome.

I would like to participate also.

There will be a sign-up available on Monday, December 10th on the LOTA site. I will reply here again when it is ready. It will allow 50 registrants, and only the top 32 after qualifying will be able to race. Ideally, we'd like to see an even mix of GTRs and FOXs.
