There's no publically available InSim examples, for VB6 that work with InSim v4, that I'm aware of. If you're using .NET then I believe several of the libraries linked in the FAQ may work for you - but I'm not into the whole .NET thing, so I honestly don't know for sure.

If you can't find anything on VB, then I'd recommend looking at the thread I linked above, and searching for some generic socket examples for VB. That should be all you really need to get going.
