I got in a car crash
Well I got hit when a girl who just got her permit backed into me in the driveway of a shopping center. luckily it wasn't my camaro, but the wagon in my avatar. Lol the car is worth about $1500 and her insurance is paying to repaint and re-wood my front end as well as doing all the body work. Should come out to about $2000. It seems this actually worked out for me. Thank god for insurance. Anyone else got dinged lately?

that sounds realy like mine but my moms truck got hit in the side from a dumb newb backing up and made a BIG dent.
Well not me, but sisters husbands honda civic type-r 2004 got pwnd by a huge dog during ~110km/h on a straight road back to Riga (tarmac) it just jumped from bushes, no time to react.... both lights are ok but the middle is pretty bad.. and the Warranty on the car ended like 2months ago, so now fighting for insurance money xD
And the 2nd one, friends subaru sti got pwnd @ a gas station, sits in the car, fires it up, putting seatbelt on, and some lady reverse slams into the front of the car xD I guess its good car pwnage month..
my mothers brand new kia got backed into the 2nd day she had it! and some one pushed a shopping trolley into the side on the 5th day

Few years ago a moped boy drifted onto my lane accelerating out of a blind corner. I had just joined the road from a junction, so I was going slow enough to almost stop before he crashed head-on to me. His triple-schlutz over my head looked really awful, but luckily he only broke one leg and few fingers. The moped damaged my front bumper, headlight, grill, hood and fender, and when the new parts would have cost about the same as my cars value was, the moped-boy's insurance company decided it wasn't worth fixing and "cashed" it, giving me 650e. I bought a new bumper and headlight for 150e, kept those rest 500e and those few scratches and dents
(Nothing could have made the poor escort any uglier anyway)
Last week at work I was almost hit by an old lady driving backwards from her garage onto the road without looking for traffic (it was a 4-lane street...)
And at that moment I was carrying eight 3-year to 6-year old kids home in my Mercedes Van... Would have been bad if I had hit her
Your insurance is going spike up!
My dad got our BMW X5 dinged in a NYC parking lot last weekend. While my dad went into a parking spot, a girl in an Audi A4 backed up and scratched our bumper.
My bike and me got hit mi bike was so screwed it was hard to belive i still live

dangit stupid UPs van drivers theres one plus it got me this wonderwful nice pc to pay lfs on
Just a few weeks ago a great friend of mind lost control of the wheel and rolled off a side road into the lake, unfortunately he didn't make it. His parents were more upset about the car, then his death...

Also my friend just got into a head on collision in his moms 04' Buick Regal, REALLLLL nice luxury car, and it was supercharged! The accident wrote the car off, but insurance is covering any costs.

I've been in quite a few crashes, but my worst was about 6 months ago. I was coming back from a party, with my gf, her freind, one of my mates and his brother. We all got into his car (Escort Cosworth) and took off. The guy dave always race's everywhere, so we were used to him putting his foot down. As we came onto a country lane, we sped round a corner. We dont know why (worn tyres? Extra weight on the rear?) the back just slid out for no reason. This dragged the rear out into a ditch, and then when the car hit it, and we flew in the air and rolled. Thats all i remember until the car hit the the floor again. I hit my head, and was knocked out, my gf had cuts and bruise but was'nt too bad. Her freind broken one of her arms and really hurt her leg, my mate connor also smacked his head on the roof, and but it open but managed to keep consious. His brother broken his arm, as when the car was spinning, the doctors said it got out the window, and then the car landed on it.

The car was upside down, and i was left in the car, as they did'nt want to move me incase they done anymore damage. Eventually, ambulances arrived, and we were all taken to the hospital. Natalie and my mate were discharged after there cuts were treated, my mates brother and natalies freind were kept in for 4 days, and i was kept in for just over a week. I was unconcious for 4 days, and then i got a 3 inch gash on my leg treated, but luckily suffered no broken bones. After i was treated, i discharged myself, and went straight home and got changed. I rang everyone who was in the car, to find out if they was ok, and what happened. As i said, all i remember is upto where the cossy hit the ground after flipping. All the rest is what i've been told.

Obviously, the car was a right off, which is a shame as it was quite special (over 550hp, one off paintjob etc.). Fortunately, he has started a new project but i will make sure to ask him to slow down next time
I also hit a dog with my car a few weeks back. Doing 90km/h, same thing happened, jumped right in front and I waked her. Destroyed bumper cover, rad support, radiator and A/C condenser.
Last week on campus here, I returned to my car to find a long smear of mud on my hood. I didn't think much of it until a week later when I tried rubbing it off with my fingers only to find the hood scratched underneath it. Whoever smeared the mud scratched my hood. Really pissed off, but have no idea who did it. I was parked next to a construction zone though, so it could have had to do with that.
lucky you fellas only dogs not wombats over there, the wombats over here manage to flip cars doing 110kmh (wich is your standard interstate speed) and do serios damage to our b doubles!
HAHA! it turns out they don't make wood paneling identical to the wood I had before! Maybe you didnt guess but that means new wood all around for my wagon! Im pretty happy, too bad it runs like crap. The car has a mustang 302 in it, how does it manage to have no torque? Anyway lets keep this ball rolling, any more crashes? A few months back my friend was doing some showing off in his BMW 525i and thought he could do a J-turn on a narrow street. He was wrong and smashed through a brick wall and into a tree behind it. That was 4 months ago and his parents are just now letting him drive again.

I accidently hit my mirror off the drain pipe which sticks out from the side of the garage next to where I park... It just folded, with no damage. I'm guessing that doesn't count.

fingers crossed that's the worst that happens!
I was in a van with six other drunk musicians that rolled down a mountainside and into a stream. Everybody was OK - trumpet player got a bump on the head, singer cut his thumb (he was driving), and there was pizza and beer all over the roof and the sides and the horn section and the drummer, but apart from that we were OK.

Oh, and we had to walk five miles in the snow back to civilisation.
u guys are a bunch of morons..........

Rolled my homemade 'cart' around a hairpin once tho, with the speakers on full (yes, i had sound system on it) think it was around 100w of pure sound... steered the cart with some ropes xD
:bump:

i was going down my driveway backwards and i got up to a decent speed, and i did a j turn, and it flipped...fml i feel retarded :banghead:

LOL you are retarded if you don't know doing a j turn at high speed will flip you.
I almost fell off of a bridge I didn't see down to a river I didn't expect. Let me tell you that having your rear left wheel dangling in the air will wake you up.

I also had a minor crash with my GF's car. I changed lane before an intersection and when I noticed the red light I slammed on the brakes. The poor guy behind me bumped into me. Although the practice here is that if you are crashed from behind, it's the other guy's fault, but being and imbecile, I took the blame, paid a small fine (the policeman was probably in a good mood), paid for the repairs on my GF's car (bent plastic bumper and ruptured exhaust), nothing major. The funniest part was when my GF's dad was randomly walking by - I hate explaining shit.
... almost ...
Just yesterday I ended up behind a 5-series absolutely crawling along on a 100km/h street. When I finally found a place to overtake I oversaw a cycler on my side. But because of oncoming traffic I had to get back in his/my lane, me ending ABS assisted braking till almost full stop, and the 5-series honking like mad half a meter behind my boot . I guess it was my fault
I was hit by my garden wall. It was illegally parked, didn't see me, and speeding. Mhmm.
hit a few curbs, no big deal

*knocks on wood*

lol, never 'rub' off mud.
mud has sand in it.
The best thing to do is to put a garden hose on it (with very little pressure)
