This i found in 4hours long replay when i was creating screens. This is after crash of 4 cars. It looks like to much force on tire.

I don't see any small tyres?

Sorry. Jokes aside, the tyre model isn't flawless in it's rendering abilities, and after big crashes (an extreme) it can and will fall to bits.

Other sims avoid this bug by not coding any tyre properties at all. Including grip, I think.

There is bigger deformation and no render fail.

that deformation is normal lol... that is because there is low pressure in the tyre..

EDIT : oh yeah.. ure right.. maybe it could be blown tire/flat
