I think it was just like built in traction-control, stopped you hammering the throttle and letting the back get away from you.

Could be wrong, I've never used it either.

ive used it at the beginning (2 years back, in the good old demo )...then turned it off and tbh i didnt see a difference.
the tires did spin just like with throttle help on.

getting back to the point is it the manual clutch does using auto clutch let you upload them?
