On the track the layout is for, press Shift+U. Then make sure "place objects" is set to "yes." Click "load layout"

If you can't see any of the buttons in Shift+U mode, press the space bar.

It is also possible to load layouts by using the /autox command.
Type /axlist to display a list of all available layouts.
