my connection is 1024/768 kbps when I'm playing in server with about 15-16 ppls im kicking for high ping ...
someway I can change my setting someway ? Help !

Just quicky glanced at the screen and I see you have a rarely high "Minimum sleep". If there is no reason to keep it that high, lower it on usual 1ms.

Definitely enable "Multiplayer speedup option". It is meant to get off some CPU load more than save bandwidth, but enabling it is worth a try.

Did you check what ping do you have on LFS servers you play? Dont you have any background app using Internet(BitTorrent client, Download manager, Skype, ICQ.. whatever...)?

No turned on programs illepall no skype nothing ... nothing big ping... cant play normal
