Interesting, but I don't really care for it. Google gets sued all the time, but a lot of people use it every day. It's just the point of view, and how close you're to the people that experience it. When I see skin stealing, I think it's really bad, if I see flash animation stealing, or movies, I just think it's wrong, but don't think any longer about it.
