I've downloaded some Police skins from here, but I can't access them in the game

I go to make a new colour, then click on the right box at the bottom but the only skins there are the lfs ones.

If I login to the lfs site and try to upload the police skins, it says I already have a file with that name but I haven't!

1. put them in \skins
2. other people have already put them on LFSW

Should there be a folder for LFS in program files? I don't seem to have any, just run the game from the .exe download

Put the skin to LFS/data/skins folder and voila!

no, you find where-ever you saved LFS (doesnt need an installation you see), and then put it in LFS>Data>Skins

Only thing I need now is a police horn

Just press ctrl-h untill horn 5 is your selcted sound.
