Hello,
I'm playing a lot in Just-A-Ride host.
I see players that are able to open/close doors, trunks, hoods and sometimes roof. A lot of times it is done with public vehicle mods.
I did not find any way to do so, I've search the keyboard shortcuts guide.

Will appreciate your guidance how to do so.

There are no shortcuts for all vehicles, it only works for mods which are made with openable parts (again, not all).
Usually people use the extra lights switch - press T and type "/light extra toggle" (without the ").
