I've never seen this screen before, but I suppose it's the "Replays" tab for a selected host.
For a clue, when I've got some time to look into this, do you know where the 20 July date comes from?

It is the 'Replays' section.
I've just done another multiplayer session on my server (based Netherlands), and the replay is showing exact same date and time as previous replays.
My pc, and web browser, both showing correct BST date and time.

I had same issue on two of three hosts I have access to, restarting server fixed the issue. Noticed it last month when checking race results and all had wrong timestamp. Unfortunately I don't have any logs from that day any more.
Just realised that the mpr has the correct date and time in the title.

Unfortunately, when looking for a replay, your eyes are drawn to the 'Date' column first.

OK, I can't really understand how this has happened.
It seems like something might have happened on that server at that point in time, probably affecting all hosts running on that server, so the function "GetSystemTimeAsFileTime" always returned the same value, and that value was implanted into the replays.
It seems that it will be fixed if you restart your host, and that's what I suggest at this point.

On my host, it does report that replays until July 19th display the correct date and UTC time. However, all replays between July 20th and August 16th display that same issue.
All replays since August 17th have displayed the correct date and time. And I noticed this before I restarted my server. I restarted it and nothing has changed.
Also, on my demo host, it still has displayed the same 20 Jul 2025 date and same time even on those replays, that were recorded after August 16th. I restarted the host and there is no change there

It's not clear to me what you are saying.
Basically I would like to know if:
1) replays saved after you restart your host, now have the correct date?
or:
2) You restarted your host but new replays recorded after the restart, still say 20 July?
My test: I started a host and recorded a replay. Restarted the host on a different server and saved another replay. Both have the correct date.
Restarting the host will not correct the replays that were already recorded in the past, but hopefully new replays have the correct date.

Ah sorry, I somehow thought the bug fix and restarting the host would also fix the date for those replays that already showed the wrong date.
I just tested this on my both hosts and in both hosts, the replays saved after I restarted those hosts now display the correct date
