Yesterday LFS 0.7F failed to fetch the list of mods saying
Maybe the problem started to occur a bit earlier, like, maybe up to a week before as I did not touch the game in that time frame.
I'm S3-licensed, which is displayed while in main game menu.
I've managed to find this thread https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/107650 which discussed a similar problem, but there were some clear license issues which seems to not apply to my case.
Not sure if this matters, but I'm in Russia, and since some time I cannot access www.lfs.net w/o resorting to a VPN (the IPv4 servers ping OK, but TCP sessions to ports 80 and 443 fail to establish). Not sure if this the same issue or not.
Probably I should add that the news get fetched while in main game menu just fine.
Update: I have just verified the problem persists even with VPN with an exit point located somewhere in Germany, so probably the issue is not a network-related one.
Any suggestions?
