There seems to be a general rule that everyone who has been here for 3 or more years and has over 500 posts has to be downright rude and condescending.
Why have you people got this attitude? Are you scared of adding anything that might remotely enhance the game or add something to it?

Btw, the person who mentioned spinner rims should be shot on sight - I despise those those god awful round objects with a passion.
And also you can't say I'm a guest here - I paid just as much as you have for the game and I stay on the only full and fun servers in this game. It just so happens that cruise and drift servers are the only ones pulling people while clans choose to run private racing sessions. But most racing servers are either dominated by one guy with an MRT or completely empty.

Open world map and some other misc suggestions
I think LFS would benefit if an Open World map would be released.
This doesn't necessarily have to be an all-new map with custom made features.
You could slightly rework the city course, adding more roads, junctions, unlocking parking places and multi-storeys for players to roam free.
We can get server that house substantial amount of people, recreating at least night-time traffic wouldn't be difficult. Possibly add some more space and a motorway around the city, going to some more rural areas with open-rally cross tracks, even if they were just a mash-up of existing RallyX courses.
It would be nice to see bigger vehicles too such as SUV's, pickup trucks and generic trucks for racing.
Lastly, changeable wheel patterns would be amazing, it would add that little bit extra customisation that the game needs and everyone wants - maybe different sizes of the wheels to go with different shapes.
I didn't want to mention Police cars since that's a given - everyone desperately wants police cars and few mods have been done to give players some part of that experience but it would be great if someone incorporated this deeper into the game - specifically Open World would benefit by having Police, fire and medical vehicles as well as the odd pace car and recovery vehicles - even if there was one of each or if they were simply based on slightly modified existing vehicles.

I bought it through PayPal... don't know what the fuss is about, had the license 5 seconds after i paid for it.
But you dont NEED S2 to get XRT. You only need S1.
S2 gets you all the racing cars and the mini like thing with 3 bottom tracks.
Get S1 if you want XRT only. + Its a lot to handle if you switch from XRG anyway, you will need practice before moving onto S2 cars.

With the amount of people he's insulted already and the sheer ignorance displayed, why are any of you talking to him at all??
You're all S2 racers which says you're committed and mature (mostly anyway). Anyone with a bit of self respect would leave that troll to burn out on his own, rage quit and go to mommy.
Just stop trying to change his view of the world.... it won't help no matter how careful, patient, calm and polite you are with him.
For the record, I thought Inouva displayed some real courtesy and patience which TRKAC just literally shat on...

Contemplating whether I should upgrade to S2 or not.
Imho, the feeling or rather the perception of speed varies between people and setups.
Setup your camera to turn with the head and shake with forces it is subjected to. Then make your suspension rock hard and go for a drive. There will be a difference.
Granted, game needs more content. But how many other games like this are there? For a start most sims feel like they have infinite understeer fitted to every car. Its like driving about with a dead horse attached to the front of a car.... terrible.
Or you can play arcades in which speeding at a steady 300kph you can do a U-Turn then smash 50 police cars and go hide your fluorescent pink Lambo in a shed.

Actaully I drift much better on the inside view... Oddly enough, its because I can see where im going (camera turns with me steering) and I can kind of see where wheels are pointing judging the steering wheel.

How to get a decent Chase Cam?
I'm fairly interested in how to setup a proper Chase Cam. I saw a few videos of people drifting using these, where the camera is simply following the car and the car banks around but the camera doesnt.
