No bad!

I had this problem too. I turned on AA in ATI Control Center but AA is disabeling after Alt+Tab (or Ctrl+F4) movements. I know, this is not LFS problem, in W2k it worked fine, but now AA working bad. Maybe it is problem of WinXP, maybe new drivers have something - i don't know, but there is somethig strange

P.S. My G.Card is Saphire Radeon 9600 (256 Mb)

Max, i was there. There were 2 groups: very fast racers (around WR) and newbies who saw this combo first time. I was in the second =) Anyway, great idea: tune-up + fun race + offline + something else = very close and intresting race (poetry?).

Everything at your taste. Music on MRT race was really nice. BTW, quality of stream video is better because of new codec, but still not best. I suppose that it is maximum that 200kb/s can, can't it? Anyway, good job!

So. Many racers were changed standart set of tyre logos (torro-cromo-mich.-evostar) to custom. This is cool feature of last patch BUT! I think we need to discuss custom set, make it and put custom_set_texture to textures database thread (http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=8785). We need this one for compatibility of logos. You choose pirelli (for example) in your garage and I can see your pirelli choise in race. It is cool, isn't it? There will be only 2 sets this way. The standart set and the custom set. Only one problem here, we have only 4 places (or even 3, michelin already included) and more than 4 (3) brands. There are many brands:
- toyo
- pirelli
- kumho
- dunlop
- michelin
- hankook
- goodyear
- yokohama
- continental
- bridgestone
(maybe i miss something else)

I like all of this brands. But if i have to do it, i'll choose (mich.+bridg.+pirelli+yoko). What do you think?

Great idea, but what about car's exterior? I think we need to create 3 different threads about tracks/cars/misc textures. It more usefull and full. Anyway, this is great work. Thanks!

No =) I need a way to robotizing rendering in 3DS.

I tried to find answer by searching in Google. I downloaded MaxScript Guide, but didn't find answer. I need any method for autorendering. Autostarting, choosing skin and colours of any parts, maybe downloading scene, rendering, saving results and finally reiteration. Does any way exist? Where i can find something about it? Somebody, help me please.

This event will be first serious race i think.

UF1 race (i missed). Very slow car, very short track with only 1-2 corners. Walls could make damage but speeds were low. Warming-up race i guess.

2-nd race were very very good known. It is first combo of every LFS racer.

I mean, there were prpblems to win (like always), but there were not any surprises. Good known tracks and cars, low powers, low speeds. But now! There is very unstable track with high cerbs and turbo cars. FXO choosers will have good times and tyre problems. XRT pretty fast too, but demand rwd driving skills. RB4 very stable for jumps and grass driving but too heavy and some ambiquous like all 4wd.

1 problem, for starting in P1 (i mean, as high as possible) we need to drive FXO. But choise for race not so unambiguously... Good luck!

One moment: is it possible to count level of fuel by laps? I mean, is it possible to get consumption of fuel?
[%_of_fuel_left] / [consumption] = [laps_left] it is more usefull parameter then simple [%_of_fuel_left].

Kegetys, make this mod! PLS PLS PLS No stop limiters, no traction - just 2 LED at once for RPMs. We had red LED in LFS, but you can move this LED into reality!

You are right! LX4 on KyOval - it is crime! So driveable car on so stupid track... And double KyNat. some confusing. There are many intresting tracks, what a for KyNat using more than 1 time? 2 formulas on WE: formula V8 forward and XR reverse MRT? Yes.. somewhere in south city it can give more fun. What else? Maybe rally for RB4? Something longer for XFG? 2 GTRs on AS, maybe exchange with 2 formulas: something fast (F08) for AsGp and something intresting for XRR - almost 3 min/lap it is too long.

Anyway rank need to revision for S2 final! Now is too late for reset for changes

Very nice.. maybe you can add any neutral grey or smply black interior in standart resolution?? The most of racers like something undivert (or undistract - first time using this word, sorry)
